time: 730 a.m - noon
starting with warming up at 'dataran puteri'.students are required to wear appropriate sports wear which spot shoes,attire and of course tudung.all kind of tshirt are allowed but all kind of tshirht that have logos or anything that ade kena mengena dgn any kadet.

time men ni en.ak agak kebengangan ngan si tuuut.cam s-e-n-g-a-l.(haha).thanx to her naseb bek spekmate aku ni x patah.kalu la dtakdirkan untuk patah,aku lagi patah hati plus panas hati ngan dye.tp kejap je mende ni happen.patu im fine again.thanx to the "infinity" im me again.yayyy!!

we (form 5).took some pic fer the last memory of bola jaring dorm.ble lagi kami ni nek men,memekak,menjerit en??ni la last bg ktowg.pas ni sume bawak haluan masing masing menaiki tangga mengecapi menara gading.when tha last time we gonna be together like this.10 years from now?maybe yes maybe not.
